Overview

Influencer Suite, operated by Dickens Digital Media LLC ("Influencer Suite," "we," or "us"), helps businesses manage creator outreach, negotiations, contracts, performance, and payments. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to users.

Information we collect

• Account and workspace information, including names, business contact details, employee roles, subscription information, and settings.
• Creator and campaign information supplied by a customer, including public creator profiles, business contact details, outreach history, contracts, and performance data.
• Service and security information, including authentication events, application activity, diagnostics, and records needed to prevent abuse and maintain the service.
• Google account information described below when a user chooses to connect Gmail.

Google user data and Gmail

When a user connects Gmail, Influencer Suite receives the connected email address, an OAuth refresh token, Gmail message and thread identifiers, message headers, and message content required to send outreach, detect replies, display conversation history, and generate user-configured automated responses. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and are never displayed to customers or staff.

We use Google user data only to provide and secure the Gmail automation features the user enables. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. We disclose it only to service providers acting on our behalf where necessary to operate the service, to the connected user and their authorized workspace, or when legally required.

Influencer Suite's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

We use information to provide requested features, authenticate users, process subscriptions, deliver and monitor communications, generate customer-directed drafts and responses, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose failures, and comply with law.

Retention and deletion

We retain workspace information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, and billing obligations. Disconnecting Gmail stops future access and deletes the stored OAuth connection token. Authorized workspace users may delete outreach records in the product. To request account or Google user-data deletion, contact alfie@dickensdigitalmedia.com. We will verify the request and delete eligible data from active systems within a reasonable period; limited backup or legally required records may remain temporarily.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, encrypted Gmail credentials, tenant isolation, and monitoring intended to protect customer information. No system is completely secure, and customers must protect their own credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Your choices and contact

Users can disconnect Gmail from Outreach at any time and can revoke access through their Google Account. Questions, privacy requests, and complaints may be sent to alfie@dickensdigitalmedia.com.
