Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern access to Influencer Suite, a service operated by Dickens Digital Media LLC. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

The service

Influencer Suite provides tools for creator outreach, assisted negotiation, contracts, performance tracking, and payments. Customers control their campaigns, recipients, connected mailboxes, instructions, approvals, and final business decisions. Automated output may be inaccurate and must be reviewed as appropriate for the customer's use.

Customer responsibilities

You must have authority to provide all information and connect all accounts used with the service. You are responsible for your communications and for complying with applicable marketing, privacy, consumer-protection, and anti-spam laws, as well as Google's policies and your email provider's rules.

You must not use Influencer Suite to send spam or deceptive, unlawful, abusive, or unsolicited bulk commercial messages; use multiple accounts to evade provider restrictions; contact system or compliance addresses without a legitimate purpose; ignore opt-outs; impersonate another person; or interfere with the service. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate activity that threatens recipients, platform security, deliverability, or third-party services.

Connected services

Optional integrations such as Gmail are governed by the provider's terms in addition to these Terms. You authorize Influencer Suite to access and use connected-service data only as needed to provide the features you enable. You may disconnect a Gmail mailbox from Outreach or revoke access through Google at any time.

Subscription and availability

Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing terms shown at purchase until canceled. Except where required by law, fees already incurred are non-refundable. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Confidentiality and ownership

Customers retain ownership of their content. They grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide and secure the service. Influencer Suite and its software, designs, and documentation remain the property of Dickens Digital Media LLC and its licensors.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties. Influencer Suite is not responsible for customer campaign decisions, recipient claims, provider enforcement, or indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid by the customer for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
